I needed to replace the factory speakers in my car when one blew out. I chose Waves of Olympia because of their rating and availability on the weekend. It was a great experience, no up selling or any pressure to buy anything other than what I asked for. Friendly staff and great install job. It's been a while since I've had anything other than factory stereos, and I forgot what I was missing by having some decent speakers! I'll be coming here for any future car stereo needs and would highly recommend!

This come with a heavy heart because I don't like leaving bad reviews. I gave this company 2 chances to help me with what I wanted in a sterio system for my truck. Discussed this with the owner and the owners wife left my info with them and everything I wanted done. First time was with the owner himself told him what I wanted and showed him as well he told me he would get an estimate written up for me right away. Cool 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing from him so I stop in. And talk with his wife told her I was in about 3 weeks prior. She apologize and I left her with the same info and she assured me they'd be in contact with me. 2 weeks go by and nothing so I stop in and not even a reasonable explanation as to why they forgot about me but he just threw out the window 3 maybe 4 k depending on what coils have been installed but who knows cause I don't. But I guess my money will be spent somewhere who wants my money.

I've came here twice for a stereo installation on two cars and both times I've been very satisfied with the service. Today when I picked my car up I talked with someone about getting new speakers and he went very in depth about price and their recommendations for me and answered all my questions clearly. Would definitely recommend.

I had some issues with my system I tried to put in myself and Jeff was eager to help point me in the right direction. Since he was so helpful I ended up coming back the next day as I was noticing alternator whine or some other interference. I also wanted to make sure my levels were appropriate to not damage my speakers and amps. Jeff was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful and even billed me lower than he should have. My system sounds great and the noise interference is gone. Great business and super nice staff all with lovely demeanors!! I would gladly choose Waves any day!
